While doing this I decided that I would spread the Knit Nation love a bit further for the people who couldn't get to London by offering free postage on all orders until next Monday. I'm afraid I don't have time to change all of the postage options on Folksy but I will refund your postage when I process your order.
On Saturday I bought a few tickets for the P/hop* raffle. I bought them more to donate some money to a very worthy cause rather than to win anything; I never win anything anyway, but it would seem that luck was on my side and my numbers were drawn not once but twice, in fact to start with, I won one of my bags that I had given as a prize!
Amongst the things I won was some Yarn Yard Falkland yarn, a skein of John Arbon 4ply super-soft Alpaca/merino, an MSF canvas bag and some lovely stitch markers from Tricot Plume.
I'm going to be honest; I'm not knitting much at the moment and I thought that I would rather give these to someone who would be more likely to use them than me so I am going to have my own prize draw and it will work like this; If you donate money to P/hop through this widget, come back and comment on this post and I will enter you in the draw or if you buy from my shop between now and Monday, I will also enter you into the draw. I will also include something from my shop in the prize and anything else I think you might like...
* If you haven't heard about P/hop before, read here to find out what it is all about.
