July Stone Soup giveaway....

Remember a few months ago when I posted about joining in The Stone Soup Challenge, hosted byLaura Bray? Well I have found some lovely people through the challenge and have bought some great things from fellow artisans.

This month I am hosting the monthly give-away. I am offering this drawstring bag in my strictly limited edition print.

All you have to do is comment on this post, telling me what you would use this bag for if you won it. I will draw the winner at random on 31st July.

If you want a second chance to enter the contest, go to one of my shops then come back and tell me which thing is your fav. Good luck everyone :D

I know they are supposed to be knitting bags, but I would use it to put my sons shell collection in that "ganma" gave him.

I'm so greedy coz I already won a bag from you before! lol
But I have to tell you Nic, my Husband stole it away from me!!! Yes, he uses it to carry his diary & paperwork in to & from the car park (to the shop).
Even tho one of our friends (owns the shop opposite ours), Becky, laughed at him for using a girls bag, he likes it coz it's the right size for his stuff! ROFL...

So you see, I do need another one. I was going to hang it on my door handle (of my art studio) & keep my fabric scaps in.:)hehe...

I would use it to store all my bits of ribbon in, I have no idea where to put them at the moment!

My favourite item is still the fish mini tote bag you made for my grandaughter.
If I won the bag I would use it to keep my knitting in as it is in a Tesco carrier bag at the moment!

Oh, the bag is beautiful and I love the colours. It would make a fabulous project bag for my dragon drop spindle.

I'd use it to carry all the bits and bobs from my workshop to the house so I didn't keep dropping everything and losing things. It's so pretty I'd be sure not to forget it and who knows, I might actually get a few things finished if I spent less time trotting from one place to the other all the time.

BlueBoxStudio said...

Ooh, hold on, I've a new favourite .. the blue floral Sanderson print that you have in your Etsy and Folksy shops. I go away a lot on business and this would be perfect to stash all those things I can't live without overnight .. mobile charger, camera batteries, little book I keep for 'in the middle of the night' designs...

What a great giveaway - I love the bag. Hmmm....I know - I'd put my secret chocolate stash in it. Have to hide it otherwise the kids eat it all & then where would I be late a night with a good book & a cup of tea & no choccie to dunk !!!

And just to be sure ....(lol) I have also visited your site & my fave is the red fish zippered project bag - now that's really cool !

Hooray for giveaways :D I've been itching to try out crocheting some socks, so i'd use the bag for that! Pretty boring compared to the other ideas here! Particularly like the story of the gentlemen who 'borrowed' his Wife's bag that she won previously! haha! I really like the sheep fabric project bag and notions case on Folksy. Would love to see a needle case in that design too, would be great as a set for a knitter or crocheter :D

I'm sure the cardboards tags I use for the backing of my recycled tags would look fab in there. That's if it doesn't get pinched by the girls first!

The giveaway bag would definitely be to keep my little Amigurumi HooterNinnies safe and sound before they get rehoused!

And my fave bag from your Etsy shop is the Pirate Monkey one. It'd be great to have a bag for each project and that one would hold all my over-the-knee socks that eventually become sock monkeys.

Lovely stuff!

i have all sorts now; ones in the shape of cakes, ones shaped like ice cream tubs, ones made from carrots, some made from honey and even one that gives you energy by putting caffeine through your lips!!!

i have soooo many now and need a super cute place to keep them all and this bag would be perfect!

Of course max would claim it as his own, probably to put all his treasure in, but I would use it to hang in our camper van for all the odds and sods that don't have a place.
