And another week goes by!

Where is the time going? I know, I am getting to sound like a broken record but it is mad-crazy around here. Every week, I sit down on a Sunday night and convince myself that this is going to be the week that isn't as manic but then it is. I think I need to admit that life is like this when you have kids and work and stuff or maybe it will get better when Spring finally rears its head and I want to get up earlier in the morning.

Soooo this week;
  • I made loads of needle rolls, everyone wants to be buying them at the moment it would seem, entertainingly, because I didn't sell many last year in comparison to bags but maybe this is going to be the year of the needle roll at Nicsknots. Who knows.

  • I finished knitting something!! This is a huge achievement for me because generally I start then get busy/bored/stuck and abandon it but here we have 'Simple things' modelled by my little mad-child.

    I need to sew the ends in and block this because it's not big enough and I hear blocking = wet and stretch it a bit. Hehe. If any knitting gurus are reading this, am I making you cringe at my ignorance? Sorry :)
  • I finally got around to having a go on the Wii active thingy. I decided to start doing the 6week challenge which means you do 4 days and have 3 days off. I managed the first two days and could hardly walk on Wednesday then failed at the other two. Must try harder next week!
  • I went to the pub last night and laughed so much my face ached! Ah happy days. It's been a long time since I have laughed so much.
Right, off to write my list of jobs for the week. The forecast is for more snow. I can hardly wait!

I know exactly what you mean about the days flying past - maybe it will be easier in the lighter mornings.

Love that needle roll! I'm fairly good at starting knitting projects and then abandoning them somewhere along the way too! x
