Folksy Friday: Pretty and Purple!

Since I came home from Knit Nation, I have been fairly busy doing things with J and L, making orders up and tidying up the house. Most surfaces no longer have paint on them but the same can't be said for my bedroom carpet or the settee....if one more person tells me that acrylic paint doesn't come off fabric I might cry or kill the person or maybe even both, actually.

I have also been busying myself with looking at the pretty things and trying to turn a blind eye to Grey.Paint.On.My.Carpet. I was at my Grandma's yesterday afternoon and I took some photos of her echinachea. I love the flower. It looks great in full bloom but it also looks great when the petals droop a little more and the centre rises into a cone shape. I had some in my garden last year and it was trying to grow again a fortnight or so ago but I just went outside to take a pic of it, in comparison to Grandma's and I can't find it. Maybe it was painted or set fire to or something else over the weekend. Never mind. Here is Grans;

Here are a few prints that I love on Folksy.
